Lockers
It is not permitted to bring backpacks into the building. Small handbags of no more than A4 size and approx. 10 cm thick are allowed and can be taken inside.
Lockers are available in 013 Poppodium that can hold 2 jackets or a small bag (interior dimensions locker: 22x27x40cm).
Large bags can be left outside of 013 in our XL lockers (interior dimensions: 34x34x48cm). The XL lockers space is located at Tivolistraat no. 132 (opposite the side of 013, 50 metres’ walk). The XL lockers space opens half an hour before doors open for concerts and closes half an hour after 013 closes. An XL locker costs €5 and payment is only possible contactless with a bank card.

I want to use a locker
In 013 you can use lockers. From 2022 it is no longer possible to rent a locker with coins. You can reserve a locker in three ways:
1. Reserve your locker up to four days prior to your visit here:
RESERVE A LOCKER
Open Locker - After payment, you will receive an email from Keynius at the email address provided. You will receive this email an hour before the doors will open at the latest. The e-mail contains two large buttons, "Open Locker" and "Open and Release Locker." These allow you to control your locker during your visit to 013.
Open Locker and Release - Are you finished with your locker? Then choose "Open and Release Locker." Your locker will then open and be ready for the next user. After this, you will not be able to use the locker.
2. Reserve your locker upon entering 013 by scanning the QR code.
Use your smartphone to scan the QR code in the queue and open the reservation page. Make sure the email address entered is correct, as you will receive an email that will then allow you to access your locker. Check your entered information and proceed to payment. After this, you have successfully rented your locker and can start using it.
3. Reserve a locker via the operating terminal in the locker wall
No smartphone? Low battery? No internet? Reserve a locker via the operating terminal in the locker wall. Payment is made contactless. This works pretty much the same as the step-by-step process above. Explanations on this can be read on site and service staff are constantly available for you.
