At 013, you can use lockers (internal locker size: 22x27x40cm). You can reserve a locker in three ways:

Opening the Locker
After payment, you will receive an email from Keynius at the provided email address. The email contains two large buttons, 'Open Locker' and 'Open Locker and Release'. These allow you to operate your locker during your visit to 013. 

Open Locker and Release
When you're done with your locker, choose 'Open Locker and Release'. Your locker will open and be ready for the next user. After this, you will no longer have access to the locker.

2. Reserve your locker upon arrival at 013 by scanning the QR code

Scan the QR code in the queue with your smartphone to open the reservation page. Make sure the email address you enter is correct, as you will receive an email that allows you to use your locker. Verify your information and proceed with payment. After that, you will have successfully rented your locker and can start using it.

3. Reserve a locker via the terminal in the locker wall
No smartphone? Battery dead? No internet? Reserve a locker via the terminal in the locker wall. Payment is contactless. This process is similar to the steps mentioned above. Instructions are available on-site, and service staff are always present to assist you.

Outside 013, you can store large bags in our XL lockers (internal size: 34x34x48cm). The XL lockers space is located at Tivolistraat no. 132 (opposite the side of 013, 50 metres’ walk). The area opens half an hour before the doors of 013 open for concerts and remains open until half an hour after 013 closes. An XL locker costs €5 and can only be paid for with a contactless payment by card. As of 2022, it is no longer possible to rent a locker using coins.
